Our tarts and pies come in two sizes. 9” (8 - 10 people), and 11” (10 - 12 people). Other sizes may be available upon request. Below are our featured favorites, but if you don’t see what you would like on this list, please contact us and we’ll be happy to bake you the dish you love!

Pear & Almond French Tart
Poached pears delicately fanned out over a bed of Almond filling, sitting on a French Tart dough (that’s the French bit!). Great for all occasions, especially dinner parties.

Tarte au Citron avec Meringue (Lemon Meringue Tart)
A classic summer tart, but good all year round. The same base is used for this tart as is for the Pear & Almond, with a lovely citrus filling, topped with a whipped, toasted meringue. Can be ordered with or without the meringue, and with or without an accompanying raspberry coulis sauce (you really want it with the sauce, trust us!).

Banoffee Pie
Quintessentially British - A digestive cookie base layered on top with thick, gooey toffee, sliced bananas and whipped cream. Shaved chocolate on top makes this a dessert a hit at any occasion!
